لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا٢٨٦
Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.
لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَنَا٤٠
Do not grieve, Allah is with us.
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا٦
With hardship comes ease.
لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ٢٥٦
There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction has become clear from error.
وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا١٠٣
And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you.
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ٢
And cooperate in righteousness and piety, and do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.
وَلَا تَسُبُّواْ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّواْ ٱللَّهَ عَدۡوَۢا بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمࣲۗ كَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِم مَّرۡجِعُهُمۡ فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ١٠٨
And do not insult those who call upon other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge
وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡهِ يَوۡمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوۡمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُ حَيࣰّ ا١٥
Peace be upon him the day he was born, the day he dies, and the day he is raised alive.
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡشُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ هَوۡنࣰ ا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلۡجَٰهِلُونَ قَالُواْ سَلَٰمࣰ ا٦٣
And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace.
فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا ۚ فِطْرَتَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا٣٠
So set your face to the religion, inclining to truth—the nature of Allah upon which He has created people. There is no change in the creation of Allah.
