Tawakkul (Trust in Allah) Quotes
Quran and Hadith about relying on Allah completely while taking action — trust in the best disposer of affairs.
عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ
Amazing is the affair of the believer, for all of his affair is good for him.
Make use ofTawakkul (reliance on Allah) and do not be helpless. And if something befalls you, do not say, 'If only I had done such and such,' but say, 'This is from Allah's decree.' For indeed, 'if only' opens the door to Shaytan's work.
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ٣
Whoever relies on Allah, He is sufficient for him.
فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَقُلۡ حَسۡبِيَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ عَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡتُۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ١٢٩
But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne
الرَّزَّاقُ٥٨
Ar-Razzaq — The Provider. He who provides sustenance for all His creation without measure.
الْوَهَّابُ٩
The Bestower — He gives gifts without measure
الْقَابِضُ٢٤٥
The Withholder — He restricts provision as He wills
الْبَاسِطُ٢٤٥
The Extender — He expands provision for whom He wills
الْمُقِيتُ٨٥
The Sustainer — He nourishes and maintains all creation
الْكَرِيمُ٤٠
The Generous — He gives freely without being asked
