Surah Al-Haqqah · 12
لِنَجعَلَها لَكُم تَذكِرَةً وَتَعِيَها أُذُنٌ وٰعِيَةٌ
That We might make it for you a reminder and [that] a conscious ear would be conscious of it

Surah As-Sajdah · 9
ثُمَّ سَوّىٰهُ وَنَفَخَ فيهِ مِن روحِهِ ۖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمعَ وَالأَبصٰرَ وَالأَفـِٔدَةَ ۚ قَليلًا ما تَشكُرونَ
Then He proportioned him and breathed into him from His [created] soul and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful
Surah Az-Zumar · 45
وَإِذا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَحدَهُ اشمَأَزَّت قُلوبُ الَّذينَ لا يُؤمِنونَ بِالءاخِرَةِ ۖ وَإِذا ذُكِرَ الَّذينَ مِن دونِهِ إِذا هُم يَستَبشِرونَ
And when Allah is mentioned alone, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter shrink with aversion, but when those [worshipped] other than Him are mentioned, immediately they rejoice
Surah Al-Fath · 4
هُوَ الَّذى أَنزَلَ السَّكينَةَ فى قُلوبِ المُؤمِنينَ لِيَزدادوا إيمٰنًا مَعَ إيمٰنِهِم ۗ وَلِلَّهِ جُنودُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ عَليمًا حَكيمًا
It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise
Surah Al-Fath · 18
۞ لَقَد رَضِىَ اللَّهُ عَنِ المُؤمِنينَ إِذ يُبايِعونَكَ تَحتَ الشَّجَرَةِ فَعَلِمَ ما فى قُلوبِهِم فَأَنزَلَ السَّكينَةَ عَلَيهِم وَأَثٰبَهُم فَتحًا قَريبًا
Certainly was Allah pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you, [O Muhammad], under the tree, and He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down tranquillity upon them and rewarded them with an imminent conquest
Surah Al-Fath · 26
إِذ جَعَلَ الَّذينَ كَفَروا فى قُلوبِهِمُ الحَمِيَّةَ حَمِيَّةَ الجٰهِلِيَّةِ فَأَنزَلَ اللَّهُ سَكينَتَهُ عَلىٰ رَسولِهِ وَعَلَى المُؤمِنينَ وَأَلزَمَهُم كَلِمَةَ التَّقوىٰ وَكانوا أَحَقَّ بِها وَأَهلَها ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمًا
When those who disbelieved had put into their hearts chauvinism - the chauvinism of the time of ignorance. But Allah sent down His tranquillity upon His Messenger and upon the believers and imposed upon them the word of righteousness, and they were more deserving of it and worthy of it. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing
Surah Al-Hujurat · 7
وَاعلَموا أَنَّ فيكُم رَسولَ اللَّهِ ۚ لَو يُطيعُكُم فى كَثيرٍ مِنَ الأَمرِ لَعَنِتُّم وَلٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيكُمُ الإيمٰنَ وَزَيَّنَهُ فى قُلوبِكُم وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيكُمُ الكُفرَ وَالفُسوقَ وَالعِصيانَ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الرّٰشِدونَ
And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah. If he were to obey you in much of the matter, you would be in difficulty, but Allah has endeared to you the faith and has made it pleasing in your hearts and has made hateful to you disbelief, defiance and disobedience. Those are the [rightly] guided
Surah Al-Hujurat · 14
۞ قالَتِ الأَعرابُ ءامَنّا ۖ قُل لَم تُؤمِنوا وَلٰكِن قولوا أَسلَمنا وَلَمّا يَدخُلِ الإيمٰنُ فى قُلوبِكُم ۖ وَإِن تُطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ لا يَلِتكُم مِن أَعمٰلِكُم شَيـًٔا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ
The bedouins say, "We have believed." Say, "You have not [yet] believed; but say [instead], 'We have submitted,' for faith has not yet entered your hearts. And if you obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not deprive you from your deeds of anything. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
Surah Al-Hadid · 16
۞ أَلَم يَأنِ لِلَّذينَ ءامَنوا أَن تَخشَعَ قُلوبُهُم لِذِكرِ اللَّهِ وَما نَزَلَ مِنَ الحَقِّ وَلا يَكونوا كَالَّذينَ أوتُوا الكِتٰبَ مِن قَبلُ فَطالَ عَلَيهِمُ الأَمَدُ فَقَسَت قُلوبُهُم ۖ وَكَثيرٌ مِنهُم فٰسِقونَ
Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient
Surah Al-Mujadila · 22
لا تَجِدُ قَومًا يُؤمِنونَ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَومِ الءاخِرِ يُوادّونَ مَن حادَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ وَلَو كانوا ءاباءَهُم أَو أَبناءَهُم أَو إِخوٰنَهُم أَو عَشيرَتَهُم ۚ أُولٰئِكَ كَتَبَ فى قُلوبِهِمُ الإيمٰنَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِروحٍ مِنهُ ۖ وَيُدخِلُهُم جَنّٰتٍ تَجرى مِن تَحتِهَا الأَنهٰرُ خٰلِدينَ فيها ۚ رَضِىَ اللَّهُ عَنهُم وَرَضوا عَنهُ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ حِزبُ اللَّهِ ۚ أَلا إِنَّ حِزبَ اللَّهِ هُمُ المُفلِحونَ
You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful
