وَأَعتَزِلُكُم وَما تَدعونَ مِن دونِ اللَّهِ وَأَدعوا رَبّى عَسىٰ أَلّا أَكونَ بِدُعاءِ رَبّى شَقِيًّا٤٨
And I will leave you and those you invoke other than Allah and will invoke my Lord. I expect that I will not be in invocation to my Lord unhappy
وَقُل رَبِّ أَعوذُ بِكَ مِن هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطينِ٩٧
And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils
رَبِّ هَب لى حُكمًا وَأَلحِقنى بِالصّٰلِحينَ٨٣
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous
قالَ رَبِّ إِنّى ظَلَمتُ نَفسى فَاغفِر لى فَغَفَرَ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الغَفورُ الرَّحيمُ١٦
He said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me," and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful
رَبِّ هَب لى مِنَ الصّٰلِحينَ١٠٠
My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous
قُل إِنَّما أَدعوا رَبّى وَلا أُشرِكُ بِهِ أَحَدًا٢٠
Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone
وَإِمّا يَنزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيطٰنِ نَزغٌ فَاستَعِذ بِاللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ سَميعٌ عَليمٌ٢٠٠
And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing
فَقالوا عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلنا رَبَّنا لا تَجعَلنا فِتنَةً لِلقَومِ الظّٰلِمينَ٨٥
So they said, "Upon Allah do we rely. Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people
قالَ قَد أُجيبَت دَعوَتُكُما فَاستَقيما وَلا تَتَّبِعانِّ سَبيلَ الَّذينَ لا يَعلَمونَ٨٩
[Allah] said, "Your supplication has been answered." So remain on a right course and follow not the way of those who do not know
فَإِذا قَرَأتَ القُرءانَ فَاستَعِذ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيطٰنِ الرَّجيمِ٩٨
So when you recite the Qur'an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy]
