إِلّا مَن تابَ وَءامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صٰلِحًا فَأُولٰئِكَ يَدخُلونَ الجَنَّةَ وَلا يُظلَمونَ شَيـًٔا٦٠
Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all
ثُمَّ اجتَبٰهُ رَبُّهُ فَتابَ عَلَيهِ وَهَدىٰ١٢٢
Then his Lord chose him and turned to him in forgiveness and guided [him]
إِلَّا الَّذينَ تابوا مِن بَعدِ ذٰلِكَ وَأَصلَحوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ٥
Except for those who repent thereafter and reform, for indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
قالَ يٰقَومِ لِمَ تَستَعجِلونَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبلَ الحَسَنَةِ ۖ لَولا تَستَغفِرونَ اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُم تُرحَمونَ٤٦
He said, "O my people, why are you impatient for evil instead of good? Why do you not seek forgiveness of Allah that you may receive mercy
فَأَمّا مَن تابَ وَءامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صٰلِحًا فَعَسىٰ أَن يَكونَ مِنَ المُفلِحينَ٦٧
But as for one who had repented, believed, and done righteousness, it is promised by Allah that he will be among the successful
وَلَنُذيقَنَّهُم مِنَ العَذابِ الأَدنىٰ دونَ العَذابِ الأَكبَرِ لَعَلَّهُم يَرجِعونَ٢١
And we will surely let them taste the nearer punishment short of the greater punishment that perhaps they will repent
الَّذينَ كَفَروا لَهُم عَذابٌ شَديدٌ ۖ وَالَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَهُم مَغفِرَةٌ وَأَجرٌ كَبيرٌ٧
Those who disbelieve will have a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds will have forgiveness and great reward
بِما غَفَرَ لى رَبّى وَجَعَلَنى مِنَ المُكرَمينَ٢٧
Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored
رَبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ وَما بَينَهُمَا العَزيزُ الغَفّٰرُ٦٦
Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver
أَو يوبِقهُنَّ بِما كَسَبوا وَيَعفُ عَن كَثيرٍ٣٤
Or He could destroy them for what they earned; but He pardons much
