إِنَّ الَّذينَ قالوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ استَقٰموا فَلا خَوفٌ عَلَيهِم وَلا هُم يَحزَنونَ١٣
Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah," and then remained on a right course - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve
إِنَّمَا النَّجوىٰ مِنَ الشَّيطٰنِ لِيَحزُنَ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَلَيسَ بِضارِّهِم شَيـًٔا إِلّا بِإِذنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَليَتَوَكَّلِ المُؤمِنونَ١٠
Private conversation is only from Satan that he may grieve those who have believed, but he will not harm them at all except by permission of Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely
لا تَمُدَّنَّ عَينَيكَ إِلىٰ ما مَتَّعنا بِهِ أَزوٰجًا مِنهُم وَلا تَحزَن عَلَيهِم وَاخفِض جَناحَكَ لِلمُؤمِنينَ٨٨
Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers
وَأَقيمُوا الصَّلوٰةَ وَءاتُوا الزَّكوٰةَ وَاركَعوا مَعَ الرّٰكِعينَ٤٣
And establish prayer and give zakah and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience]
الَّذينَ يُؤمِنونَ بِالغَيبِ وَيُقيمونَ الصَّلوٰةَ وَمِمّا رَزَقنٰهُم يُنفِقونَ٣
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them
وَأَقيمُوا الصَّلوٰةَ وَءاتُوا الزَّكوٰةَ ۚ وَما تُقَدِّموا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِن خَيرٍ تَجِدوهُ عِندَ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِما تَعمَلونَ بَصيرٌ١١٠
And establish prayer and give zakah, and whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. Indeed, Allah of what you do, is Seeing
فَإِن خِفتُم فَرِجالًا أَو رُكبانًا ۖ فَإِذا أَمِنتُم فَاذكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَما عَلَّمَكُم ما لَم تَكونوا تَعلَمونَ٢٣٩
And if you fear [an enemy, then pray] on foot or riding. But when you are secure, then remember Allah [in prayer], as He has taught you that which you did not [previously] know
يٰمَريَمُ اقنُتى لِرَبِّكِ وَاسجُدى وَاركَعى مَعَ الرّٰكِعينَ٤٣
O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer]
۞ لَيسوا سَواءً ۗ مِن أَهلِ الكِتٰبِ أُمَّةٌ قائِمَةٌ يَتلونَ ءايٰتِ اللَّهِ ءاناءَ الَّيلِ وَهُم يَسجُدونَ١١٣
They are not [all] the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating [in prayer]
وَإِذا ضَرَبتُم فِى الأَرضِ فَلَيسَ عَلَيكُم جُناحٌ أَن تَقصُروا مِنَ الصَّلوٰةِ إِن خِفتُم أَن يَفتِنَكُمُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا ۚ إِنَّ الكٰفِرينَ كانوا لَكُم عَدُوًّا مُبينًا١٠١
And when you travel throughout the land, there is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer, [especially] if you fear that those who disbelieve may disrupt [or attack] you. Indeed, the disbelievers are ever to you a clear enemy
