۞ Verse of the Quran ۞
وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ ۖ فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
And they will say, 'If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze.' And they will admit their sin. So away with the companions of the Blaze.

۞ More Reflection ۞
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِلَّهِ
And We gave Luqman wisdom, [for him to be grateful] to Allah. And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself.
إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا
We guided him to the way, whether grateful or ungrateful.
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ
Say, 'If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.'
