Those who say, "Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire — Surah Ali 'Imran 16

And We gave Luqman wisdom, [for him to be grateful] to Allah. And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself.

Say, 'If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.'

Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.'
