۞ Verse of the Quran ۞
إِنَّما تَعبُدونَ مِن دونِ اللَّهِ أَوثٰنًا وَتَخلُقونَ إِفكًا ۚ إِنَّ الَّذينَ تَعبُدونَ مِن دونِ اللَّهِ لا يَملِكونَ لَكُم رِزقًا فَابتَغوا عِندَ اللَّهِ الرِّزقَ وَاعبُدوهُ وَاشكُروا لَهُ ۖ إِلَيهِ تُرجَعونَ
You only worship, besides Allah, idols, and you produce a falsehood. Indeed, those you worship besides Allah do not possess for you [the power of] provision. So seek from Allah provision and worship Him and be grateful to Him. To Him you will be returned

۞ More Reflection ۞
لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ
And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you are ungrateful, indeed, My punishment is severe.'
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِلَّهِ
And We gave Luqman wisdom, [for him to be grateful] to Allah. And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself.
إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا
We guided him to the way, whether grateful or ungrateful.
